Defective Jumbo Burner, Auto-Ignition Issue & Very Poor Service Experience
I purchased this 4-burner gas stove with high expectations, especially for the jumbo burner, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.
Major Product Issues:
One Jumbo burner is not at all working as shown in the video and the another jumbo burner flame is very low, much weaker than my old stove. It completely defeats the purpose of having a jumbo burner meant for heavy cooking.
Auto-ignition does not work properly for the jumbo burner. Multiple attempts are required to ignite it, which is unacceptable for a brand-new product.
I verified that there are no gas pipeline or regulator issues. The problem is clearly with the product itself.
Installation & Service Problems:
No installation technician visited my home. I installed the stove myself.
When the installation team later called, I asked them to visit my home to properly verify the installation. No one came, yet the installation was incorrectly marked as “completed” in the system.
When I reported the low flame issue, service representatives told me things like: “uska uthna hi flame aayega” and
“jet flames install karwana padega”
Meaning the product, as delivered, does not provide better flame unless additional changes are made.
If a brand’s own service team lacks confidence in the
product’s performance, how can a customer trust it?
Customer Support Experience:
One customer care executive abruptly disconnected the call when he could not provide a solution. This was highly unprofessional.
Overall, this product does not perform as advertised, and the service experience is very poor and misleading. I have completely lost confidence in both the product and the brand.
Not recommended. Please think twice before buying.

I love the stove and it’s matte finish so even looks are lovely. Premium finish.
There is enough sufficient space to work on all 4 burbers simultaneously without any issues unlike some other brands. Would definetly recommend it.

The Elica 90cm gas stove stands out with its larger 90 cm length, perfect for most kitchen tops compared to the usual 70 cm models. It features two jumbo burners, a medium, and a small burner, providing versatility for all cooking needs. Installation was easy at home, and the gas connector on the right side can be conveniently rotated to fit the pipe. The matte finish glass top looks premium but may show oil marks easily. The stove has a fail-safe automatic ignition powered by a D-type battery (Duracell included at installation), which ensures no gas leakage if burners do not ignite. Ignition happens with one button that sparks all burners simultaneously. Overall, it offers a great cooking experience. I purchased it during an Amazon sale with attractive discounts and EMI options, making it a great value buy.
