Elica representative (Mr. Pradeep) has installed the product professionally. Burner jet was missing the box but he himself installed it and explained about the product very efficiently.

Within just ten days of use, the stove stopped working and the auto-ignition system got damaged, which is unacceptable for a new product.
Even more disappointing is the extremely poor after-sales service. I raised a service request immediately, but despite waiting for more than ten days, there has been no resolution, no proper response. This kind of pathetic support reflects very poorly on your service standards.
