The quality of product is better than I anticipated. The hobs are well spaced to accommodate big pans simultaneous. The automatic ignition is smooth. It adds to the aesthetic beauty of the kitchen.

Extremely poor service. The product quality is substandard, and the installation process is a big headache. The installation services are provided by local vendors who try to cheat customers. They asked for installation charge as 1000 Rupees in spite of Elica clearly mentioning standard rate as 350. Customer support was of no help, who were shifting the complaint back to the local vendors. After a lot of arguments and threatening them of legal action, they agreed to install the products at standard rate. The installation guy was not even able to explain the features.
Extremely unfair company. Products are also substandard. I will advise all not to go for Elica products at any cost. The company is a cheat, and it seems that their dealer network is extorting money from customers.
