Just within a week center knob came off with hand, now I need to call their service and see how long it will take to fix this..
Edit: service person fixed the knobs back and good now..

I bought the stove and manually installed it as it’s not a rocket science. Got a call from elica service after delivery that if i had made any complaint. I said no.
They asked if installation is done, I said I did it myself. They didn’t say anything. Got couple of emails to register warranty and share invoice.
Within 1 week I the burner started giving problems. When I turn it off, there’s a loud pop sound. Also while lighting it I am getting it.
When I called customer care, they said warranty is void as I didn’t get it installed from them. I said no one told me this. Also please note INSTALLATION IS CHARGABLE. Also if something is wrong with product and it’s not covered under warranty, you need to pay for it. Doesn’t matter if it’s a brand new stove.
Overall very pathetic experience. Would recommend buying stove from market instead online.

Stove supplied do not work with piped gas. An option must be available at the time of ordering.
I wanted for immediate replacement for use with PNG. I was told conversion is required to use with PNG. Price indicated do not include conversion charges which is 350 plus GST. So, your cost is not 3699.
After placing order tried to get the conversion made prior to despatch. Both elica and Amazon could not help.
Even after 3 days of getting the stove, i am unable to use it as Elica is slow in responding.
Stove looks good, i can comment on performance after using it.

This works perfectly and is of perfect size and quality. The cheaper ones then to be of much lower quality thin steel and smaller in size making it difficult to utilize all 3 burners at the same time
The product arrived safely packed and worked perfectly after installation. The only minor gripe I have is that the height could have me more to better clean under the stove. Other than that you cannot go wrong with it.

Very nice gas stove with elegant look. If you using PNG then you need to ask for nozzle change from LPG to PNG. For that you can call customer care , they will help you to get done with reasonable rate.

It’s truly the best gas stove I have ever had.
It’s sturdy and strong.
Easy to clean as well.
Installation was also Hassel free, service is good.
