Very bad product and customer service. We had to get rid of this cooktop after 3 months of its purchase as all our vessels were turning black after cooking. We tried cleaning the burners multiple times but that didn’t help.
Their service center is horrible. They send inexperienced technicians & then even after raising multiple complaints, they don’t turn up.

We ordered a Butterfly 2 Burners Gas Stove. But we received a very small product comparing to the general size. We expected that, the item we ordered is the general size of gas stove. But we received small one. So, we want to replace it with general size.
