## 1/5 Stars – Unacceptable Quality and Potentially Hazardous Product
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern with the LPG stove I recently purchased, which has proven to be a ticking time bomb. The stove’s faulty valve is leaking LPG, posing a significant risk to life and property. What’s even more alarming is the “OK Tested” certificate that came with the product, which appears to be forged. It’s clear that no testing was done, or the results would have been catastrophic.
The lack of quality control and blatant disregard for customer safety is appalling. How can a company claim to provide a safe product when it’s clear they’ve taken every shortcut possible? The fact that I’m lucky to have escaped a potential disaster doesn’t mitigate the anxiety and fear that comes with knowing I could have been seriously harmed.
I demand that the manufacturer takes immediate action to recall this product, provide a full refund, and ensure that such negligence is addressed. I will be sharing my experience with friends, family, and online platforms to prevent others from facing similar risks.
*Buyer Beware!* This product is a recipe for disaster. Avoid it at all costs.

What is more irritating was Amazon customer service executive’s continuous attempt to prove my fault that I should have informed them when we saw damaged product after opening box. Perhaps these ppl have lost common sense to understand that an internal damaged to a valve cannot be identified visually or they have got a scanner installed in their own eyes which common masses do not have. They say it was tested but they do not have any testing certificate.

Gas stove is really good in design and quality. The space between burners are good enough, also it doesn’t have large burner, it comes with 1 small burner in middle of 2 medium burners. But the auto ignition feature need to be improved a lot. It won’t ignite in few clicks. This need more Research and Development. I have used enormous Auto ignition stoves they are effortless This one has lot to improve on that portion. 5 Star for the gas stove but 3 star for Auto ignition.

I recently purchased a gas chulla online from butterfly company, and i must say that i am extremely disappointed with the product. The quality of this gas stove is abysmal, an I regret making this purchaae. First and formost the flame on this stove is major issue. It is incredibly inconsistent, and i find myself struggling to get a decent flame every time i try to use it. It take an absurd number of attempts to generate a flame, which is not only frustrating but also a huge waste of time. This is a fundamental flaw in a gas stove, and it’s unbelievable that such a basic function is so poorly excecuted.
I attmpted to seek help by contacting the customer care department, but that proved to be utterly futile. I called them not once but twice, hopping to get some assistance in resolving the issue. However, they were unable to provide any effective solution or guidance on how to make the stove work properly. It’s baffling that a company cannot offer even basic troubleshooting of their own product.
Considering my experience, I would rate this product a 1 out of 5 star. I strongly advice anyone considering Purchasing a gas stove to steer clear of this butterfly company product. It’s not worth the hassle, frustration and disappointment that comes with it. Save your time and money, and invest in a better quality product from a more reliable brand.
