I was searching for a twin burner auto ignition stove and wasn’t able to find a decent one in the local market. Most of the stoves available in the market were three and four burner with auto ignition but I wanted two burner auto ignition only. This was until I came across BlowHot Jasper 2B auto ignition stove model thanks to Amazon.
The product was delivered in nice protective packaging within three days of placing the order. I booked the installation by calling the provided number. The product was also registered for warranty during the same call. The installation cost was 200 rupees.
Now coming to the actual product. It has a glass top that makes cleaning the top surface nice and easy. The 4 legs that come installed on the stove are a tad bit small that makes it difficult to clean the kitchen platform on which the stove sits. It has a sleek design and does not occupy much space. The side body is made of stainless steel which is easy to clean and is fairly strong. At the same time it has a spacious gap between and around the two burners that makes it easy to keep big vessels side by side (which is a serious limitation in three and especially 4 burner stoves). The glass top quality looks fine and is toughened glass with warranty of 2 years as opposed to 1 year standard warranty on the stove itself. The piezo type auto ignition is so convenient and good. I am not sure why many are saying that it takes two to three tries for the auto ignition to work. Piezo ignition is anytime better than electric ignition as it does not require a battery. If one follows proper technique of using the knobs, it works like charm. Just push the knob and turn it anticlockwise slowly and gently. It lights up in the very first attempt for me every time when I follow this technique.
The size of the two burners are medium (left) and small (right) and they light up adequately with a nice blue flame (called the tornado burners). It is adequate for a family of 2 to 4 people. I would advise the company to have another option of Big (left) and Medium (right) burner in the same model. This would reduce the cooking time due to larger flames.
I am giving one star less for durability as I feel the plastic knobs could’ve been made of metal. This would’ve increased the durability and longevity of the knobs. Also if they offer the stove in complete stainless steel body including the top then it would be great.

The worst product and worst customer service experience. I moved into a new home and ordered the cooktop on 03rd Feb for next day delivery on 04th Feb, I received this product on 04th Feb and it was opened on 05th Feb for use. The moment we opened one of the gas burner was crooked (manufacturing/ placement defect) and other burner was not working on auto ignition. This was immediately reported to amazon customer service with pictures and videos. I asked the team for a replacement as it promised replacement while I ordered, but they said replacement is not available so i should be returming
The 1st return was scheduled on 07th Feb and it was refused to pick up as the gas was used. I explained to the person that to see if the gas is working or not it’s has to be used (twice). I called the customer service again spoke to 3 different people & repeated the same story who then promised to schedule a return for 08th Feb without verification. When the person arrived at my door step he once again refused to take the cooktop as it should it verification. Again When I called Amazon and spoke to 2 people they said it’s an error from their side as they did not create a return without verification. The person ensured that he will call me on 09th Feb around 3pm and schedule a return without verification. Since I didn’t receive a call, I called amazon customer service and repeated the same story to 2 people. The person now tells me to wait until 14th Feb as they need to investigate why it has been refused. This is pure harassment first of all they don’t provide replacement, Secondly speaking to so many people and yet I just heat sorry sorry but no solution. The last call I requested to speak to a senior person but then the call was disconnected. This is not the first product that is defeated, I ordered an aquaguard too which is defected with no replacement option (inspired of showing replacement while ordering) all these days we have eating from out waiting for this pathetic product to be moved out of the kitchen. I did order another gas from Elica yesterday and hope that’s not defected. Overall it’s a failure for online shopping, worst product and service from hot blow

This is my 2nd burner from the same brand. I have been using the old one for around 7 years and was still in very great condition!
The look & feel of this burner is awesome. The design is sleek & enhances your kitchen.
The auto ignition function is flawless. Lightweight & easy to clean.

Very good gas stove. Have been using it for 3 months now, it’s working great. The burners are efficient and brings high flame at the same time.
Only issue I face is while turning the flame to low, sometimes the flame goes off. It’s not always but I noticed it while turning the flame from high to low suddenly not while gradually reducing the flame.

I’ve been using the Blowhot 4-burner gas stove for a while now, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is solid, with a toughened glass top and sturdy stainless steel frame that not only looks great but also feels durable and safe.
The burners are well spaced and made of heavy brass, providing even flame distribution for efficient cooking. I can easily cook multiple dishes at the same time without any crowding. The auto-ignition feature is a real convenience, and the knobs are smooth and easy to use.

Overall good product. Stove had a few scratches and minor dents. One of the ignitions is quirky sometimes. Apart from that working okay since 5 months.
