I have used it for a week now. No issues so far. The design is also neat and simple, which I like.
Sometimes the auto ignition doesn’t work on the first try but always works within the 2nd try. Hope this will not be a major issue as I keep using.

It’s an amazing gas stove. Been using it from last 6 months and haven’t noticed anything wrong about it. No problems at all. Happy with my purchase.

Product delivered in time. However the one large burner not working in sim mode. completely switching off. Contact the blowhot service centre, technitian came, they replaced valve with new one, not properly fitted in correct way. I raise another complaint they will replace it with new vavle. Till now no technician came for service.
Update Technition came after two week and replaced new proper valve working fine now.

In beginning I was found that the firenob was not working properly, but I contacted to the customer support and they provided a home service and it’s got resolved free of cost, now it’s working absolutely perfet. But within 6 months the body becomes rust and damage the one of four stand, now it’s completely useless, when I connect to customer support for solve the issue, they asking for money to change the body where are my warranty is still 2 years.
And the customer support is VERY ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Nothing special same as other stoves and nope having problem, while switching on also have issues. Don’t recommend to buy so expensive stove when we get in very reasonable and affordable price with best functioning.

I am writing this review after almost 6 months because the seller called twice to write a review. When the gas stove was received and installed the Gas Stove, the main Burner was very hard and not operational. I have complained to the company, they gave me the mobile number of the agency in Mehsana. I am from Visnagar. He came 20 days after many calls. He tried and say we have to replace the button. Gave him an Invoice. Even after repeated calls to the company and agency, no result. Then they asked me again invoice. After repeated calls to the company,y they told me that the button has been sent to the Agency. Thus almost two months, my complaint was solved and we were able to operate with the main big burner. THUS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. However, there is no complaint about the product. How ever they should verify the stove before dispatching.
