This gas stove is a textbook example of deceptive marketing and poor product quality. The body is made of low-quality metal that began rusting in just 1.5 years—conveniently concealed under a layer of black paint to mislead buyers. The use of cheap materials, disguised so cleverly, is nothing short of a deliberate attempt to cut costs at the expense of durability.
Functionally, it fails too. The burners develop low-flame issues over time, contradicting the brand’s claims of efficiency. The so-called “2-year warranty on the burners” is just another empty promise. Despite being under warranty, the company demands a ₹350 visitation charge—an undisclosed cost that is only revealed after the problem arises. This lack of transparency is a blatant disregard for customer trust.
The after-sales service is equally frustrating, with policies designed to extract more money rather than honor commitments. A brand that hides critical information and misleads customers is not worth anyone’s time or money. Avoid this product and choose a more reputable brand instead.
यह गैस चूल्हा घटिया गुणवत्ता और भ्रामक मार्केटिंग का जीता-जागता उदाहरण है। इसका शरीर कमज़ोर और सस्ते धातु से बना है, जो केवल 1.5 साल में जंग पकड़ने लगा—और यह सच काले पेंट की परत के नीचे छिपा दिया गया, ताकि खरीदार धोखे में रहें। सस्ती सामग्री का उपयोग कर इसे सावधानीपूर्वक छुपाया गया है, जिससे साफ़ है कि कंपनी गुणवत्ता से समझौता कर रही है।

बेहद खराब आफ्टर-सेल्स सर्विस और धोखाधड़ी भरी नीतियों के कारण यह उत्पाद पूरी तरह अस्वीकार्य है। एक ऐसी कंपनी जो ग्राहकों को गुमराह करे और अपने वादों पर खरी न उतरे, उस पर भरोसा करना बेकार है। इस ब्रांड से दूर रहें और किसी विश्वसनीय विकल्प का चुनाव करें।
