12 days after starting to use the gas stove. It has started with the first problem.
Burner function is very poor. It burns slower and with low intensity than the rest of the burners.
Customer service is a joke – They won’t answer the call. Even if they did, they will say calls back will be arranged which never happens.
Spending 10,000/- rupees on a gas stove and not even a month. Here I am standing with a complaint and no one there to address..
These guys are an Excellent example for the scam under the Make In India scheme.
Making substandard products for their own country people..
If you are ready to waste your hard earned money the buy this product.

Performance & Quality of burners excellent. Tuffen glass like surface finish. Placement of all switches on one side is really good technicality. If this model come with Automatic Piezo electric Ignition, it would be the best product.
