We chose this gas product as it clearly indicated it was compatible with BOTH LPG and PNG gas supply – as we have only PNG available. When we received the product – it didn’t work at all with PNG and we had to spend an extra 1200 ₹ for conversion by a technician. This is definitely a matter of concern as it misleads the customer. I hope the Beyond appliances company will take note of this and act on by clarifying in the product description.

Spark is coming out of the fire flame detection but flame is not coming from the burner instantaneously. We have to press and hold the knob 5 or 10 seconds to come flame from burner. For certain model installation is not offered and the user find difficulties in using it.
