We chose this gas product as it clearly indicated it was compatible with BOTH LPG and PNG gas supply – as we have only PNG available. When we received the product – it didn’t work at all with PNG and we had to spend an extra 1200 ₹ for conversion by a technician. This is definitely a matter of concern as it misleads the customer. I hope the Beyond appliances company will take note of this and act on by clarifying in the product description.
