I am very disappointed with the performance and the product support for the stove which is hardly two months old! Within the very first month the entire wiring was messed up and the technician changed it, I had purchased in the first week of May and have been using it since June 7th. The first part replacement happened with 3-4 Days- Next the issue was with auto ignition- again I Had to reach the technician Mr Hari for the same and he said please change battery- after battery change too it was the same- he then visited and he changed the battery case which was the cause- 2-3 days into the service I have the same issue- the auto ignition is not working- what is the use of buying such an expensive product if I have to use matches to light it? Because guess what if you use a lighter you get a shock as a gift!
I have reached out to the stove technician who came to fix an issue for the stove and he raised a concern- I have been waiting for a week now- no response- u have asked to replace the product- both stove and Chimney are defective- this is just pathetic support at your end!
I really don’t understand The only reason I chose Beyond was because I really wanted to support a remarkable offering from our country- but looks like that was a grave mistake! The warranty is of no use if there is nobody to even respond to concerns! Pls take your product back if you feel it’s not worth ur time and refund my money! PATHETIC!! Pls refund my money!

It has three advanced features. 1. Auto Ignition 2. Flame Failure Detection for all 4 burners 3. Timer control for 2 big burners. The build quality of the stove with glass top and 4 burners is good and sturdy. Even big vessels can be used with 90 cm model which is very convenient. The burner design and flame quality is good. It is the most expensive but the safety features add extra value.

It’s a nice hobtop with effective burners and supports. I’m happy with it. Looks good on platform. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish who took a very prompt step for its installation as my equipment was delivered on 5.8.25 but no one was coming or even responding about technician’s availability. I picked up the Beyond hob recently and it’s been a fantastic upgrade for my kitchen. The build feels premium, the glass top looks sleek, and the pan supports are sturdy enough for both small saucepans and a heavy kadhai. Flame control is excellent—there’s real power for fast boiling and tadkas, but it also goes low and steady for perfect dosa/omelette and slow-simmering curries. The knobs turn smoothly and the (auto-ignition on my unit) fires up instantly. Cleaning is easy too—a quick wipe and it looks new.
After a couple of weeks of daily use, heat distribution is even, no soot, and the finish still shines. Overall, great value for money and a stylish, reliable hob that makes everyday cooking simpler and quicker. Highly recommend!

It’s a premium product and basis my experience and interaction with the brand (especially Ashish) I felt like it is a luxury brand that gives royal treatment to its customers. Hob is sleek and subtle. Design is elegant. Burners look great! Timer function is innovative and very useful. I’ve not seen this feature in any other brand so far. Doesn’t require any learning to get used to the timer feature, it’s very easy to use! Most importantly, this hob has flame failure safety mechanism that we don’t get in many hobs at this price. It doesn’t require power supply for this safety functionality, it works mechanically. Also, auto ignition works on batteries, doesn’t require power supply. Overall, this hob feels very techy, sturdy and premium!
