Great cast iron tawa. It has great heat distribution. Quite heavy and steel ladles friendly. A perfect replacement for non-stick tawa. As it is preseasoned the items doesn’t stick to the tawa. It has great quality.

Finally, found a kadak tawa for my kitchen! It’s a bit heavy, but that’s because it’s pure cast iron without any chemical coating drama. Dosas come out ekdum crispy and chapatis stay soft, just like the old days. It’s induction-friendly too, so no tension there. A bit of maintenance is needed, but for this quality, it is paisa vasool. Highly recommended for a healthy lifestyle!

After heating tawa is rising up in the middle like bending. Heat is not evenly distributed.
Need to waste nearly 2-3 dosa to make one perfect dosa

It’s over priced, i bought this product and Solara tawa as well same day which costed only 900/- which is slightly bigger and the result was better than this tawa which costed 1400/- Go for Solara tawa.

I was very disappointed with this cast iron pan. It cracked while I was using it under normal cooking conditions, without any misuse or extreme heat. A cast iron pan is supposed to be durable and long-lasting, but this one failed very quickly.
Because of this, it feels unsafe to use and not worth the money. I expected much better quality. I would not recommend this product.
