With a 1.5L capacity and 24 cm diameter, it’s perfect for everyday cooking. Its tri-ply stainless steel construction ensures even heat distribution, making it ideal for frying, sautéing, and searing. The riveted handle provides a sturdy, comfortable grip, and it’s compatible with gas stoves, induction, and ovens. The food-safe material is rust-resistant and built to last. A sleek, professional-grade pan that’s worth the investment for any kitchen!

I give it 4 stars since it gets scratches easily. Make sure you get it hot enough using the leidenfrost test to have it be non stick ready otherwise your cook will stick to the pan. Use it mainly for grilling chicken and tossing salads or stir fry. The quality is great, good heaviness to the pan, sticks to a magnetic rack, it can accommodate 3 chicken breasts at one go. You need to clean it well after a cook – I use boiling water with white vinegar to get the gunk out before scrubbing and I lightly coat the pan with a thin oil layer for the next use. I like the way the pan looks on my rack, very professional looking.

Very tough, thick and big pan. Have received so many compliments from people. Does not burn the food when used properly, one should know how to use with proper flame adjustments. Great addition to my cookware.

Quiet heavy. Handles are more heavy than round part which is making it stable.

Satisfactory product. It is little challenging to use. Quality wise very good but it troublesome to use in many cooking. Most importantly it is frying pan but it’s name not compatible with its behaviour.
