Item seems to be good for preparing gravy or liquid items but not biryani rice or non gravy veggies, as it seems to have a very thin bottom, I had expected a thicker bottom, so have placed a returnβ¦..waiting for refund

Satisfactory quality. The handles heat up easily. They can also design a line with shorter handles of a heat resistant material. Shorter handles and lid head will make storage in a loaded fridge easier.
