If you are looking for a strong, wellbuilt and durable saucepan of good quality, with warranty then dont go for it. The Vinod brand is providing fake 2yrs warranty when my product got rusted with light use within 6,7 months
When I try to call the brand for warranty, no calls are picked up and when mailed these unprofessional and stingy Vinod brand delayed a very long time asking multiple pics, top , bottom front etc. Didn’t reply promptly to mails and everytime ask more duration for resolution.
I waited and Waited and atlast after I tell to escalate it further this brand replying that your pan is heated at bottom so no warranty.
What a cheap seller!
This is a saucepan what do you expect, obviously I will heat it on gas or induction. I was seeking warranty for rust inside the steel saucepan, and screw at the handle is also loose and came out.
Such a pathetic seller, unprofessional.
Looks like cheap product as available roadside.
I have already gifted another set which will create bad impression , very horrible experience. I contact amazon and they understood the issue ,took a strong feedback against this seller for refusing genuine warranty,
