Best item for making milk tea. I have tried other coated items from imported brands, they get scratched very easily. Making tea requires a slow gradual heating and I feel this is best suited for it. Cleaning can be done without worrying about scratches. If your water is hard there may be some round circles from where the bubbles emanate those are mineral deposits and not a defect and can be cleaned. Handle is good too. Bought on October 2021. Quality wise good & Sturdy heavy. But since 1 year the rivets got loosen as leaking from there while boiling milk or water etc
