Very nice product. Copper bottom has added to the utility of the Tea Pan.

Initially received dented and a with a spur on the handle. The replacement is OK and looks good but has a lot of scope for quality improvements. Overall a good product in this price range

The product seems it has been already used. It looks very old and untidy. We have already booked for a return and nobody come n pick the product.The experience with the purchase is very disappointing.
