Iβve been a Prime member for five years, but this experience has been a nightmare. The product’s base damaged within just two months of normal use. Despite being well within the warranty period, both the brand and Amazon are dodging responsibility. Amazon directed me to the brand, the brand refused to help, and now Amazon claims they have no liability. I am left with a completely unusable product and no way to get a refund or replacement. My money has been totally wasted. Do not buy this unless you are okay with zero customer protection when it inevitably breaks.

I’m writing this review after having used this item for over 4 years. It’s in perfect condition the lid and hundi. I mostly use this for cooking rice. Thick bottom, handles are intact and so is the colour of the set. Very high quality and value for money

Utensil has good thickness..Useful for cooking rice.
Drawback: lid is made up of glass but has steel handle which becomes very hot during use and decreases ease in using the lid..

After a few months of light use, the bottom of the pot cracked and is rusting in several places. I reached out to the seller and they refused to honor the 1-year warranty, claiming that the pot was exposed to “excessive heat” (which is most definitely not the case). I never had an issue with any other pots. It is obvious that this product is poor quality and the fact that the seller does not honor its warranty shows that.

Glass lid ..water is getting trapped under the knob. Had to screw open the knob to remove the water

After being used twice black spots started to show, can’t be washed off as is on surface. I’m quite disappointed…
