I’m extremely happy with The Indus Valley Triply Stainless Steel 3.5-litre Pressure Cooker! The build quality is excellent with its 3-layer construction, and it cooks food evenly and quickly on both gas and induction. The toxin-free stainless steel material gives me peace of mind, and cleaning is effortless as food doesn’t stick. It’s versatile enough to use as a deep fry pan too, and the 5-year warranty makes it a great value for money purchase that I highly recommend!

This has been one of my worst purchases. The cooker has been causing problems within just 15 days of use. While cooking rice, steam leaks from the sides and sometimes excessively from the safety valve, which causes the rice to burn.
I had already contacted the Indus Valley support team and requested a replacement. They asked me to record and upload a video of the issue, which I did. However, it has been more than 15 days since I shared the video, and I still havenβt received any response.
Itβs very frustrating because we choose reputed brands expecting better quality and reliable customer support when problems arise. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and the support service has been extremely disappointing, and I feel stuck without any solution. π
