Great product , purchased the item after reading through few reviews and must say looking at the outer box I felt that I have received a lesser cooker capacity .. and not the 5ltr that I had placed order for and to my surprise it was this compact 5 ltr that I see and truly happy with the overall look . Used it today and the durability is great, easy to wash , strong handle . Go for it .. it’s truly worth ! My mom is happy with her new member in the kitchen. Thank you Amazon !!

This cooker developed two structural defects within 8 months. Each time i had to take the cooker to various service centers all over bangalore to get it checked and replaced. The replacement cooker would also develop some new body defect (like bottom plate falling off due to improper welding, crack appearing in the body making it liable to explode etc). The worst thing is they dont even do proper quality checks before sending the cooker. They would leave out parts like the weight etc and then we have to run around to get it replaced. They dont even have a proper return procedure. They will keep handing you over to one person after the other. The website dosent even have a return complaint for this product!! Pressure cookers are excluded from online feedback registrations itseems !! Each time to take the cooker to their service centere i had to spend 500 rs by auto.. Pls dont buy this cooker from Prestige.. They are pathetic in not only the quality of their cookers but also their servicing and quality check and customer support.
