The product is very inferior in terms of its fittings and quality and despite our best efforts in using it got blasted in first use as per photos and videos

Very bad product…. They delivered me damaged product… Then I request for exchange and again they delivered me damaged product…. Product having scratches and bends on glass lid…. Also the non stick coating is lost

The plastic handle is shipped separately inside the box which needs to be screwed tight. This wouldn’t be much of a problem since you just have put the screws and tighten it. However the problem started when I found out that the holes in the handle does not line up with the holes of the pan, thus making it impossible to attach. I had it file it down and drill the holes to make it bigger and accomodate the handle. At first I thought of returning, then I kept it because I needed a pan for cooking. It is an unnecessary hassle, hope the company fixes it and pays for attention to quality check. It is fairly cheap quality, am not expecting a life of more than 3 to 4 years.

The pan is of very bad quality. The coating is patchy and come out when removed from packing. Gifted to someone hence could not return. Bad experience
