This product sold by Bergner is always delivered without an Amazon outer cover. The original manufacturer’s box is fully exposed and arrives damaged at all corners, with the Amazon delivery slip and invoice stuck directly on the product box. This makes it completely unfit for gifting or proper presentation.
Despite giving clear delivery instructions, neither the seller (Bergner) nor Amazon has followed them. This appears to be cost-cutting at the customer’s expense.
Such careless packing damages the product box and spoils the customer experience. This is unacceptable. Proper protective packaging is a basic expectation.
I strongly request Amazon to take action against this seller and ensure minimum packaging standards are followed.
