A good product. Since Inner liner is 300 series stainless steel, it is food grade and does not rust. However to make it non-stick or Stick-Resistant, Heat the pan and put a drop of water. The water droplet must move around like Mercury. At this point, pour oil and give it a swirl. Cook as usual.
The outer liner is 400 series Stainless Steel and thus is less corrosion resistant. Hence, need be wiped dry after a wash to prevent specs of rust emanating. Doesn’t rust like Iron or carbon steel, but one can see specs of rust when constantly kept in contact with salty water.
Imp. Since the middle layer is aluminium, Wipe the edges dry to prevent galvanic corrosion (white powdery precipitation due to corrosion of aluminium)
