I ordered this product twice and opted for replacement twice. First order and replacement, the item was defective in the rivet area and came without original box. I ordered second time and the item came without any box in a see through transparent polythene cover. The product was perfect but it was damaged in the rim in two places which maybe during the transit. Paying around 1300 rs and getting a product in very poor packaging is disappointing. I have ordered for replacement and I hope I get a fresh item without damage in good packaging.
But the kadai is good, sturdy and nice.

Desde que llegó a mi hogar todo lo quiero cocinar en este kadai, muy grueso, calienta uniformemente en poco tiempo, la comida en especial con carne sale como si hubiese cocinado en el horno, los alimentos quedan deliciosos. Lo amo, lo único que lamento es no haberlo comprado antes, quiero comprar todo lo que produce la marca Hazel. Es perfecto

Triply even heating, hollow side handles stay relatively cool, and a fitting lid is included.
One of the river is partly open, missed quality control.
I wish the sticker glue was easier to remove and that the outside finish was brushed instead of polished. These are minor issues.

Here are my observations after 1 week’s use:
1) HAZEL is providing triply kadai at a price that is comparatively lower than other brands
2) Despite the lower cost, it turned out to be a good product.
3) Sturdy and heavy
4) Food doesn’t get turned
5) Compatibility to induction stove and gas stove is good
6) Uniform eat conductivity is observed
If everything goes well with this kadai in the future I will choose HAZEL products again. Hope it remain competitive in the future in terms of price and quality.

Shape is good. Ordered 20cm kadai. When I measured, end to end is 22cm. Was looking for end to end 20cm. Slightly disappointed. Haven’t used yet.
