I bought an appliance and this extended warranty with it. The appliance was under manufacturer’s warranty when it stopped working. Plus I had this additional 2 yrs warranty. Amazon, and its vendor, and its warranty provider made me call each other, did not repair the product, they said that we have some internal issue due to which this is not getting sorted. Everytime I called, they said that “Sir I promise I will get back to you in 10 business days” It has been over 3 months now, I called twice in the last 8 months. Hence, the whole extended warranty and manufacturer’s warranty of Amazon Basics products is a scam, atleast in my case it has been such so far.
