I recently purchased a stainless steel cooktop from Glen, and within just one day, rust stains appeared on the surface. When I reached out to Glen for assistance, I was extremely disappointed by their response. They refused to take responsibility, claiming that the issue wasn’t a manufacturer’s fault.
The customer service experience was one of the worst I’ve encountered. Glen doesn’t seem to have a dedicated customer support team. Instead, I ended up speaking with a few individuals who, frankly, didn’t seem professional or equipped to handle customer complaints. In the end, they informed me that their warranty only covers burners and other specific components and not stains or rust.
In contrast, I have to commend Amazon.in for their excellent customer service. They quickly arranged a return for the stove and refunded my money without any hassle.
Overall, I strongly advise against buying from Glen. If you’re looking for a reliable brand with better service, consider alternatives like Prestige, Milton, or Bosch. These brands have a far superior reputation for both quality and customer support. Avoid Glen at all costs.
