Burner not fixed in level.this is a refurbished product which was not expected from Amazon or Faber like.they exchanged the product erilier it was a defective product also.Hope Amazon should concentrate quality ,boxing and take action against seller who try to sell bad quality material.coated of glass was missing at edge of glass in the back side.feontvside is ok.

I had returned the first damaged piece that was delivered to me. One of the leg was broken. The packaging was half open.
When I went to just return the item, there was only an option of exchanging the item for another piece. Having opted for exchange again received a damaged piece, with one leg-support plate bent inwards and so the burner was wabbling on one corner.

Poor quality and very light in weight. Not worth for money compare to other products in market. Knobs are not working properly.
