Product is elegant and best. But the service is too worst. Here at Kakinada theres only one guy Nani(Nagabhushanam) who dont know how to install island chimney at all. We lost 13k for the installation due to his irresponsibility. For this stove also he didnt show up till now. Even after raising service request to elica he simply closes the request without contancting the customer quoting silly reasons like address not found, postponed by customer. For island chimney also he did the same thing. We called number of times but he didnt shows up. Customer care also useless.
