I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The cooker was delivered through post, but the packaging was already worn out and damaged when I received it. On opening, I found that the cooker itself was in very poor condition, which was very frustrating.
When I tried to use it, the cooker did not produce any whistle at all, making it completely unusable. This clearly indicates a defective product.
I requested a return, which is valid until 23rd March, but the seller has been continuously cancelling my return request for the past three days without any proper reason. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Overall, this has been a very bad experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller due to poor product quality and terrible customer service.
